Lifting Equipment - Design & Planning
Upon receiving an enquiry and discussing your lifting and handling requirements at length, we will arrange an initial site visit to assess the proposed works and the layout of the operational space available.
The design and planning stage will then commence, producing technical drawings and CAD mock-ups for your approval. We liaise with all clients during the design and planning stages, revising and amending where necessary to achieve an accurate and coherent plan to which all parties agree.
Bespoke System Manufacture
Once the design and planning stage has been agreed, the manufacturing process will begin. At Safe Way Lifting & Engineering Ltd, we work with leading product and material suppliers to manufacture lifting and material handling systems to the highest standards.
In-house manufacturing capabilities provide us with operational oversight, quality control and full traceability across all products fabricated, to BS EN ISO 9001 criteria.
Installation Processes
Upon completion of the manufacturing process, the lifting equipment will be transported onsite and installed by fully qualified and accredited engineers. Having installed many bespoke lifting and material handling systems throughout the UK, we understand the importance of operational stability and adopt flexible working practices to help minimise disruption to trading practices.
Servicing & Testing
Under LOLER and PUWER regulations, our clients have a legal responsibility to ensure their lifting equipment is regularly checked, serviced and maintained by accredited professionals. With this in mind, all manufactured equipment and components are thoroughly tested prior and post installation. In addition to this, we provide planned servicing and maintenance agreements to help improve system efficiency and lifespan, aiding our clients in meeting their LOLER and PUWER obligations.

In addition to custom-built lifting equipment and handling systems, we provide lifting equipment on a hire or sales basis across the Midlands and the rest of the UK.
